We also collect usage data — including API call logs, waterfall run records, and provider step results — to operate the platform and help you improve your enrichment workflows.

3. API Keys and Vendor Secrets

When you provide third-party API keys (BYOK), they are encrypted at rest using Supabase Vault and are never logged or exposed in plain text. We use these keys solely to execute enrichment requests on your behalf.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with third parties necessary to operate the service (e.g., Stripe for payments, Supabase for infrastructure) and only to the extent required.

When you configure a waterfall, your input contact data is sent to the enrichment providers you have selected using your API keys. We do not retain contact data beyond what is needed to return results and generate run logs.

5. Data Retention

Waterfall run records (input fields, step results, final status) are retained for the lifetime of your account to support reporting and debugging. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how the platform is used. PostHog may set cookies on your browser. You can opt out by adjusting your browser settings.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, encrypted secrets management, and role-based access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable precautions.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
