Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LeadModule ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LeadModule provides a waterfall enrichment platform that sequentially queries third-party data providers to find and verify contact information. Users may configure workflows using their own API keys (BYOK) or LeadModule-managed credits.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
4. Customer Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for all data submitted to the Service, all workflows you configure, and all use of enrichment results. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, notices, and legal bases required to submit data to the Service and to use any results generated through the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Send spam or unlawful marketing communications, or engage in phishing, harassment, or deception
- Use the Service or any results in a manner that violates privacy, data protection, anti-spam, telemarketing, or communications laws
- Use the Service or any results for employment, credit, insurance, housing, healthcare, or other eligibility or high-risk decisions
- Use sensitive personal data, children's data, or other data subject to heightened legal protection unless we expressly agree in writing
- Circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Resell or redistribute enrichment results in violation of applicable law or provider terms
- Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative products from the Service
LeadModule provides software that routes requests to third-party providers based on your configuration. LeadModule does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any particular workflow, data source, result, or outreach activity is lawful in any jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is permitted in the jurisdictions relevant to your business.
5. BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys)
When you provide third-party API keys, you represent that you have the right to use those keys and that your use complies with the respective provider's terms of service. LeadModule is not responsible for your compliance with third-party provider agreements.
6. Credits and Billing
Free tier accounts receive usage on a pay-per-use basis using your own keys. Paid plans include a monthly credit allocation. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Billing is managed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
LeadModule retains all rights to the platform, software, and associated intellectual property. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any part of the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime, data accuracy, or enrichment success rates. Provider hit rates are illustrative and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the quality or accuracy of data returned by third-party providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadModule shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
